• Hammer Unions :-
American Block manufactures a full line of high quality Hammer Unions. We provide Unions ranging from 1" to 12" and can handle pressures up to 15000 psi CWP ( cold working pressure). Available with line pipe, butt-weld or socket weld connections, our unions are interchangeable with other name brand manufacturers that adhere to industry standards.

All of American Block flow line products are type approved by Det Norske Veritas. In addition, they meet API 6A and API 16C requirements, as well as NACE-MR-01-75 (sour gas service).

• Swivel Joints
American Block manufactures a full line of high quality swivel joints. We provide swivel joints that range from 1" to 4" and can handle up to 6,000 psi for standard service. Also available are long sweep swivel joints, which are designed to withstand working pressures of 7,500 to 20,000 psi. Long sweep swivel joints for sour service are rated up to 15,000 psi. All swivel joints have three key features, one they are made from heat-treated material to withstand high pressures. Second they have a dual-purpose packing composed of an anti-extrusion ring to reduce friction, and an active seal to prevent the fluid from leaking. All swivel joints have smooth bore finishes to ensure smooth flow.

• Plug Valves
American Block plug valves are quarter turn valves that are designed for a wide range of applications. These include cementing, acidizing, fracturing and other high pressure applications. All valves feature a forged body, and a long lasting seal to increase service life over the competition.

• Integral Fittings & Pup Joints
American Block offers a full line of forged fittings with either integral connections or wing union end connections. They are available in combinations (male by male, male by female, etc.) to suit all installations. The crosses, tees, and ells are available in sizes ranging from 1” to 4” and can handle up to 15,000 psi for either standard service or sour gas service.
The pup joints are one-piece construction made from alloy steel and feature wing union end connections that eliminate welds and threads. The pup joints are capable of handling a variety of fluids and a working pressure of 15,000 psi. Available in lengths up to 12 feet, they are pressure rated to 10,000 psi for sour gas service. • Cementing & Circulating Hoses
American Block manufactures a full line of high quality circulating and cementing hoses. We provide hoses ranging form 1” to 4” and can handle up to 20,000 psi CWP (cold working pressure). They are also available for sour gas service and can handle 15,000 psi CWP. All hoses feature swivel joints for flexibility, wing unions for tight make up and easy break out and absorb vibration.

• Ring Gaskets
American Block manufactures large range ring gaskets in accordance with API-6A. We manufacture four basic types of ring gaskets; octagonal shape, oval shape, type RX and type BX. These basic shapes are used in pressures up to 10,000 psi. The dimensions are standardized and require specially grooved flanges.
The octagonal cross section has a higher sealing efficiency than the oval and would be the preferred gasket. Stock materials include soft iron, low carbon steel, 4-6 chrome (F5), 304, 316, Inconel and Incoloy.

• Reset Relief Valves
American Block provides a complete range of reset relief valves. Our products include a Type B (threaded connection) which is available in 2" or 3" and max working pressure of 5000 PSI. Type C valve in 3" (buttweld or 1502 connection) with max working pressure of 5000 PSI. Type CH (buttweld or 1502 connection) with max working pressure of 6200 PSI. All of our reset relief valves are also available as the newly designed M2 model, which uses a new sub and new 4-piece seal that increases valve life.
